KFC is proud to announce the www.mykfcexperience.com online customer survey to give their customers the chance to voice their opinion on KFC products, store and services. KFC uses the information gathered in the online customer survey to help improve and better its service, food products and store presentation. Taking part in the KFC online customer survey gives you the opportunity to have a say about what you think about KFC. The questions you will be required to answer in the survey are directed at a recent purchase to one of their outlets. You must be honest when participating about how you felt, whether it be a good or bad experience.

They specialize in chicken meat based products, serving buckets of chicken, corn on the cob, tubs of mashed potato as well as drinks and desserts. 1. Open up your favorite web browser and type www.mykfcexperience.com into the top of the page.
2. Select your preferred language; English or Spanish.
3. You will need to enter the following information:
4. The store number. You will find this number on your receipt. See the image above.
5. The date of purchase. You will also find this on the store receipt.
6. The time of your purchase. This is printed on your store receipt.
7. The ticket number. Refer to your store receipt for this also.
8. On the following pages you will be asked a series of questions related to your recent visit and purchase at KFC.
9. Answer these questions honestly whether your experience was good or bad.
10. When you have completed the survey you will be asked for some contact details such as your name and address. This information is used to contact you in case you are the lucky winner of $1000 in the KFC online customer survey.

We drove to the local KFC and went inside to order.I ordered the 3 piece crispy and a rootbeer float. After I sat down I was informed that there was only 3 legs for my order of dark meat so I asked for a substitution of a breast,not really wanting 3 drum sticks. That was ok and I again sat down while my husband waited for his order. Then I was informed that the rootbeer machine was broken so no rootbeer float. I got a soda instead. And just to top it off I asked for an employment application the gal looked in the box they were supposed to be in and as I mentioned to her they were all gone so she had to print some off while I waited again. There seemed to be no organization and the place was not very tidy and clean. The tread on the step down to the lower area REALLY needs to be replaced before someone stumbles on it. It has large bubbles under it making it unsafe for sure footing especially for the elderly.

  1. Tried to go on line and enter for a chance to win $1,000. But there is no 17-digit code on receipt. But, food was great

  2. after placing our order at the drive thru we were told it would take 4 mins for 2 grilled chicken thighs and a 3 chicken tender combo, then we were ask to drive up and wait,time order was taken 8:20pm. at 8:33 no response, so i told my wife and grandchild i was going in to see what was happening with our order. the young man standing behind the counter was dumb-founded about the order and ask me how long i had been waiting for the order and i told him since 8:20. so he question the other workers about it who had forgot about the order. because of my presence the order is now being put together. we did not leave the store with everything completed until 8:45pm and we received a dry thank you for their delay of 25 mins. will not return to that store

  3. my wife and I went to the local k.f.c. for supper. The food was good and the only problem was that I never received a biscuit with my meal. I told the young man at the cash register and he said ok. Well it turned out that I never did get my biscuit. I’m really disappointed.

    As to the food itself, we had a bogo coupon for a lunch item. Wasn’t really worth it. $7.51 for chicken that wasn’t very tasty, one order wasn’t accurate. This local KFC has never been very good anyway. Won’t be back, bogo or not

    I drove 40 miles one way to Colombia Tn from my home in Centerville ten, because I wanted some KFC>.. this is the closest location for me for my KFC..
    I love the new building..and the employees must have dressed up for the experience because they were all shinned up and gorgeous… How do you pick the best looking girls in town and the cleanest .. you must have to go thru many applications and how do you explain that you are looking for the sharpest ones to hire? aint there some law?? anyway.. the food was just as clean and sharp as they were and it was especially delicious.. I got the 12 piece meal and 3 sides.. potatoes of course and gravy of course.. and green beans.. The Original recipe.. again..of course.. and I hit the road for home… my husband was waiting for me and we jumped into that box of chicken as if we had not eaten in weeks.. oOOOH it was good… everything so clean…so sharp… chicken cooked thoroughly…and the gravy was better than ever.. how do you do that…..? We love KFC .. I can count on you being clean and delicious..every time… I have no worries about the food quality and quanity.. I love you KFC and even tho I could not fill out the survey and possibly win 1000 dollars. I want to tell you how wonderful it is to eat a meal out and not worry about how clean and fresh it is…..You are the best … I wish I could have it every meal and have tried to many times….. never does it get old to me.. thank you for giving me this experience in my life of constant quality.. in a world that is so uncertain.. kfc is certain… of course.

Oh and I got sweet tea tooooo.. just right.. subway serves sweet water and calls It ice tea.. thanks to you I had some real Sweet tea with my chicken today… do wish I could have entered the survey.. that 1000 dollars would have bought a lot of KFC!!!!!!!!!! but my 12 piece meal deal was delicious of course.

  14. I always call your chicken, the best chicken in the world. Saturday, I bought a pot pie. Those pot pies are just as good as the chicken. That crust is delicious. I didn’t get to eat it all, cause my daughter asked for a taste, then she keep asking for the rest after she taste it. You should start selling pie crust.

  16. I can’t access the survey either. Restaurant # is #K760002. I go here at least once every time I go back to Minneapolis. I really enjoy the buffet. Love the cole slaw. And the gizzards! Last week I went twice! It isn’t always the cleanest, but the help are friendly and helpful.

  18. My experience at KFC was eating at the Buffet. The food was not fresh and they would not replenish the buffet. In the past I have always enjoyed eating at KFC but now it’s not like it use to be.

  28. I drove through and ordered 2 legs (crispy) and an order of cole slaw. When I got home and opened it, I had 1 leg (not crispy) and a thigh. Also no cole slaw but an order of potatoes and gravy. No butter or honey for my biscuit.

  33. I love going to KFC, because the food is good and customer service is excellent. Also, when I don’t have time to cook, just being a single mom; I diffently depend on KFC for large quanity that I can purchase for my large household.

  34. Went to store E791033 for a buffet. Charged me 10.79. All i saw was 4pieces thigh fried and several legs on the other. Some rice potato and gravy and several vegetables. KFC should import something different that’s worth paying over 10dollars for buffet. Not worth the trip.

  35. I also went on line but no code number and I tried three different numbers for a store number and you wouldn’t take any so closed me out. This was a FREE GO CUP. This place is always very clean and the people are always very nice and usually very fast service. This is the one at 26660Encanto Dr. Sun City, Ca 92585..Your receipts are NOT CLEAR at all for on-line surveys though. Not the only time either this has happened.
