I just spent over thirty minutes in line with only three people ahead of me. Many items were not cooked so everyone had to wait till they were e.g. Biscuits, potatoes, chicken. The people who finally got their order ended up coming back into the store because things were missing from their order. I am sure by the time they got home they had cold chicken. It seemed like they were so unorganized. I was there at 7:51pm on January 31, 2014 Store no. D501002 Ticket no. 3743.
I am certain with that type of customer service many people in that store will not return. That was total incompetence. My order was wrong also I ordered a to go cup with a chicken little and got a to go cup with tenders. I was not going to wait another minute so I just dealt with it. I am very upset not only for myself but those other customers who were trying to feed there families.

I purchased a 10 piece original order at the 777 NE Loop 820 store in Hurst, Texas but when I arrived home in Fort Worth, Texas I only received 9 pieces. My ticket number was #3816 and the cashier was Alex. I would like to receive the correct order when paying for 10. This is not the first time this has happened. How can this issue be resolved? Received coupons in the mail on deals on meals I pick out the Dine for Two for 8.99. Send my husband out to get . He came back very mad he said he was charged more then the coupon said. They didn’t even know what he was talking about..funny how you work for KFC and your not aware of the deals that are offered to the people.. by the time he paid he was charged 11..59 instead of the 8.99.. what’s up with that he went through the drive through , I was a little upset with the whole thing

Describe in as much detail as possible your experience. The more information you provide the easier it will be for us to help solve your problem.

After I placed my order I drove around no one behind me. It took a couple of minutes for me to decide no one in front and still no one behind me, in the drive through. I asked for a all white meat three piece, cole slaw and potato wedges with a peach/tea. My bag felt a little light after paying $11.58. I had gloves on and thought it may be due to the gloves when I arrived home I opened the box and was shocked. I had one leg and 2 thighs. I do believe I ordered white meat. No wonder the bag was so light. I was all excited to have a breast meat dinner. Needless to say there is a $3.00 difference. Well I am really upset. My ticket number #1779 I was in the drive thru at 3.47, Cashier was Holly, in Findlay Ohio.
I do believe they need lessons on what meat is what. I have not had a problem with the long john’s side so will probably only order from them if I go back. Also the fries were cold.
